90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We're so confident in NAD+ Restore that we back it with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 90 days of purchase for a refund - even if the product has been opened. The guarantee applies to your first order of each product and can be used once per product.
Bundles & Multi-Unit / Promotional Orders
Our bundles (e.g. "Buy 3, Get 2 Free" and multi-month supplies) are sold as a single discounted package. Under the money-back guarantee, refunds on bundle or multi-unit orders are limited to one (1) unit - the remaining units, including any free or promotional units, are non-refundable. You do not need to return the product.
Standard Returns (30 Days)
Outside of the money-back guarantee, you may return unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and once approved we'll provide return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@bioverahealth.com with your order number and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it at no cost to you - no return required in most cases.
Refund Abuse
We reserve the right to limit or refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse. We ask that you contact us to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, so we have the chance to make it right directly.
