If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for pricing, typographical, or product description errors, and we reserve the right to cancel orders arising from such errors.

5. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, your selected product will be shipped and your payment method charged automatically at the recurring interval shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your account or by emailing support@bioverahealth.com. Cancellations take effect for the next billing cycle; orders already processed will still be shipped and charged.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to the conditions stated with the offer, cannot be combined unless expressly stated, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders that misuse promotional codes.
